Claudia has more than 17 years of professional experience in the financial industry and has worked in Peru, Mexico and United States for multinational companies such as American Express and Marsh McLennan.
Her areas of expertise are Financial Auditing, Strategy, Corporate Finance and Operations.
As an Operations Vice President at American Express, she transformed her operations team of approximately 500 people into a center of excellence, designed and implemented strategies to maximize results and drove change for and with her team. Thisallows her to understand the challenges and opportunities many companies and executives face today.
Claudia holds a bachelor’s degree in business Administration and Accounting from Universidad del Pacifico in Peru, an MBA from Stern School of Business in New York and is a certified Executive Coach from Columbia University.
Additionally, she volunteers in the Finance and Human Capital Committees in the American School Foundation, is a mentor in Mass Challenge, and is co-founder of Talent on Demand and Motus V2B, an Executive Coaching company.

Erika Lupián
Customer Success Leader
Erika has more than 10 years of experience at American Express in various operational areas for the markets of Mexico and Argentina. She participated in various operational areas and process improvement, including migrations of processes to other markets.
She managed teams of more than 130 people Customer Service and Credit and Collection. Among the processes that she managed are loyalty programs, sales, management of external providers, collection, and treatment of high-spending cardmembers.
Erika studied Business Administration at the Universidad del Pedregal. Thanks to her extensive experience in improving operational processes, today Erika is responsible for leading the selection, recruitment and customer service strategy of TOD. She worked in companies such as Pernod Ricard, American Express, Citibanamex and Ogilvy, among others.
She worked in areas of product marketing, communication and digital marketing, developing strategies and implementing campaigns with digital components (e-commerce, social networks, mobile devices, among others). Additionally, she has experience in product launches, portfolio management and CRMs.
Monica studied Marketing at Anahuac del Sur University, was a TOD consultant and today is the Digital Marketing Leader, in charge of the communication strategy with clients and consultants.
